Galloway Camera started in a very small store, just south of Wabash Ave on 7th Street in downtown Terre Haute, Indiana in June of 1974. Throughout the years we have had stores in Meadows Center, across from Plaza North, in downtown Terre Haute, as well as in and around Honey Creek Mall. We even had a store in Indianapolis for awhile. We initially offered same day service on color print film, B&W film and E-6 slides. As the photo world has changed so have we.
When One Hour labs became popular and began showing up in box stores across the country, we began offering one hour service on color print film while still maintaining same day service on B&W and E-6 slides. Sadly, we no longer offer B&W or E-6 processing, but we are the ONLY store in the Wabash Valley to still process and print color print film on site. With the growth in popularity of cell phones and digital cameras we upgraded our lab so we could offer high quality digital prints from these devices as well.
One thing time has proven is that PRINTS LAST. However you capture those memories, it is as true today as it was in 1974, the best way to preserve your memories is to print them, and the best place to print them is at Galloway Camera!
If you have some rolls of film laying around why not come see us at our new location, 158 W Honey Creek Pkwy, Terre Haute, IN. 47802. If you have digital images you can email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or bring your device to our store for more personal assistance. Maybe the best option of all is to visit our website: Gallowaycamera.com and order your prints online from the comfort of your home or office.
Galloway Camera is, and always has been, where friends send friends for all their photo needs.
Hope to see you soon.
